Content Policy

This policy explains how Stellar Designs presents its work and what you may and may not rely on when you view it. It applies to all drawings, renders, photographs, videos, descriptions and other material published on stellardesigns.solutions, on our regional pages and on our official social media channels (together, the “Content”).

By accessing or using this website, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Content.

Every project on this website is shown at one of three stages, and the stage determines what the Content means.

The stage shown is the stage at the time of publication. It may have changed since.

Concept content is illustrative only. It is not an offer, quotation, agreement or commitment of any kind, and it creates no obligation on Stellar Designs or on any other party.

• A concept may not have been approved, commissioned or built, and it may be changed, withdrawn or discontinued at any time.
• Renders, sketches and visualisations show design intent. They do not guarantee the final appearance, colour, light levels or performance of any installation.
• Showing a concept does not mean that we have been appointed to a project or that we are bound to deliver it to any person.
• A concept prepared for a client remains the work of Stellar Designs and the client concerned. Viewing it does not give anyone the right to use, copy or build from it.

Content on ongoing projects shows work in progress, and the finished building may differ from what is shown.

• Designs, layouts, products and schedules may change because of client decisions, site conditions, statutory approvals, budgets or product availability.
• No completion date, specification or final outcome is promised or implied.
• The Content is not a statement about the contractual position, approvals or progress of the project.
• We may update, replace or remove Content on an ongoing project at any time and without notice, including at the request of the client or project team.

Completed projects are shown as a record of our work. They are not a guarantee or prediction of results on any other project.

• Photographs show a project at a particular time, in particular conditions, and may be edited. The appearance of a space varies with daylight, equipment settings and viewing conditions.
• Every project is shaped by its site, brief, budget and project team. We do not promise that a similar result can be achieved elsewhere.
• The installed products and details may differ from the original design because of substitutions, value engineering or later changes made by others after handover.
• Our role on a project is the lighting design, and consulting where stated. We are not responsible for the architecture, construction or installation, or for any alteration made after our involvement ended.

Unless a credit states otherwise, the Content is original work of Stellar Designs and remains our intellectual property, subject to any rights that clients or partners hold under their agreements with us. It is shared for educational purposes, to show how we approach lighting design.

• You may view the Content and share links to its pages.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or publish the Content, or use it for any commercial purpose, including to prepare a design, a tender or a quotation, without our prior written permission.

We aim to present project Content with the agreement of the people involved, and we credit them wherever we can. We are grateful to the consultants, partners, architects and clients we work with, and to everyone whose referral has introduced us to a project.

Where an architect or partner is credited on a project page, the architecture is their work. Our part is the lighting design.

Names, brands, logos and product names of third parties belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this website does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or partnership.

If you are a client, architect or partner and would like a credit added or corrected, or a project anonymised or removed, write to projects@stellardesigns.solutions. We will act on your request promptly.

Technical information on this website is indicative and is provided for general information only. This includes light levels, photometric values, fixture names, colour temperatures, power figures and lighting layouts.

• It is not a specification for any project, and it must not be used as a basis for design, purchase or installation.
• Products, availability and performance depend on their manufacturers and may change without notice.
• Please verify any information with the manufacturer and with a qualified professional before you rely on it.
• Project-specific advice is given only under a written agreement with us.

The Content is provided “as is” for general information. Nothing on this website creates a professional relationship, a contract or a duty of care between Stellar Designs and any person.

• No obligation. Enquiries, messages and calls made through this website, WhatsApp or our social media channels do not bind either party. Obligations arise only under a written agreement or proposal that both parties have signed or accepted.
• No warranty. We do not warrant that the Content is complete, accurate, current or suitable for any particular purpose. The website may contain errors or omissions.
• No reliance. You use the Content at your own risk and should not rely on it for any decision.

Any dispute, claim or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this policy, the Content or this website, whether it arises at the national or the international level and wherever you are located, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. By using this website, you submit to that jurisdiction.

We may revise this policy at any time. The version published on this page, with its date, is the one that applies. Your continued use of the website after a change means that you accept the revised policy.
